I don’t have any quotes or poetic words to explain my feelings during this time. I am devastated, disappointed but not surprised by the hate and bigotry in the world. My community is under fire on a global stage right now. However we are the dreams and prayer of our ancestors, resilience and perseverance are our inheritances. We may burn but we are always reborn in the flames.
